Domestic Energy Assessor course will provide successful candidates with the necessary qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment) to become a EPC Assessor and issue Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).
The 5-Day Training: In this course, you will complete the entire training, assignments, interactive case studies, and software training to produce an EPC with the trainer. Therefore, no additional work will be required. 100% PASS.

Energy Performance Certificates are required by law as part of the property documents collated by solicitors/conveyancers for every home that is constructed, sold or rented. Further more, EPC also required for GOVT. scheme such as Energy Company Obligation (ECO), Green Deal, RHI. These must be issued by a suitably qualified and registered Domestic Energy Assessor.
